PolymerLatex GmbH and S.r.l. renamed to Synthomer

Friday 17th June 2011

Dear Business Partner,

I am very happy to announce that as part of our global rebranding following the successful acquisition of PolymerLatex by Yule Catto & Co plc the following name changes have been made.

PolymerLatex GmbH has been renamed Synthomer Deutschland GmbH.
PolymerLatex S.r.l. has been renamed Synthomer S.r.l.

This change of name is a further and important step in the development of Synthomer as a truly global polymer company with increased production capacity, an enhanced product range and extensive technical service and R&D capabilities.

Please ensure you use our new names Synthomer Deutschland GmbH and Synthomer S.r.l. respectively for all business transactions and correspondence.

At this time there is no change to our current combined product portfolio, service or in the procurement of materials. Your contact persons remain unchanged, and they remain focussed on developing our partnership and ensuring our interactions run smoothly. However, should there be any changes in the future that may impact on our relationship please be assured we will inform you in a timely manner.

Our priority is to continue to maintain our excellent business relationship with your company, and if there are any concerns or questions you might have please do not hesitate to speak to your current representative within the Company.
